Facilities Project Officer

This role is focused on managing the delivery of projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenses are within approved limits.
- Communicate and document project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and manage their expectations.
- Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and review meetings.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Construction) and suitable relevant experience.
- Occupational Health and Safety General Induction ticket for entry to construction sites.
- Experience in the project management, planning, design, and delivery of built environment projects.
- Ability to provide good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
