
Paediatric Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of a Paediatric Speech Pathologist.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based, and fun therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support the child's overall development.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate and support families in understanding and managing their child's communication needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field is preferred.
- Registration with the relevant professional body is required.
- Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of paediatric speech and language disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Compassionate and patient, with a genuine passion for helping children.
