Expert Analytical Chemist Required

Are you a highly skilled analytical chemist seeking a challenging and rewarding role? Do you have experience in laboratory analysis, fieldwork, and technical support? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Expert Analytical Chemist.

Responsibilities

  • Perform site sampling, laboratory analysis, and fieldwork for clients across various locations, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Determine client compliance with environmental and industrial regulations through reliable testing services.
  • Manage and execute industrial projects, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Technical & Laboratory Work

  • Analyze air, gas, and other samples using GC and GC-MS.
  • Conduct practical laboratory work, including sample preparation, reagent preparation, and use/maintenance of analytical instruments.
  • Maintain documented methods to ensure compliance with international best practices.

Field Work & Compliance

  • Undertake field sampling and site visits across NSW and interstate as required.
  • Conduct audits and inspections at client sites.

Client & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Provide technical support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science &/or Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical)
  • Several years of industry experience
  • Background in analytical techniques used in chemical testing, industrial analysis, environmental analysis, and occupational hygiene
