Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Disability Care Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

  • This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and caring individual to provide support to clients with disabilities in their daily lives, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Provide domestic assistance, such as household tasks and general cleaning
  • Support clients with health and wellbeing needs, including continence care and hygiene, medication reminders, and community access

Requirements

  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Work With Childrens Check
  • Full Victorian driver's license and comprehensive car insurance
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Disability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Working Conditions

Flexible shifts, Monday to Friday, 2-10 hours per shift
