About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Improvement and Support Manager to join our team at Aged Care Resumes. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and overseeing strategic projects related to operational excellence and improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage strategic projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and supervise a team of specialist service and support staff to promote a positive team culture
  • Collaborate with the Production Team to identify and implement operational excellence improvements
  • Utilize improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to drive operational excellence
  • Develop and implement streamlining and optimization initiatives to enhance quality, operational efficiency, and productivity
  • Provide support to the General Manager as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a production facility environment in a management capacity
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems and change management
  • Strong understanding of WHS principles and contemporary approaches to safety
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of supervisors and managers
  • Experience leading customer service, facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, customer service, and operations
  • Desirable experience within a large-scale food manufacturing, FMCG environment, HACCP, and other food safety standards
