Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping injured employees return to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers.
  • Coordinate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to develop suitable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Design, implement, and supervise initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
