Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized case management plans to support individuals in their recovery and return to work.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to individuals, employers, and other stakeholders to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Requirements
  • Rehabilitation Counsellor (full ASORC membership) or Psychologist (provisional or full AHPRA membership).
  • Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • SIRA approval certificate (desirable).
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach.
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
