About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at WorkFocus. As an Injury Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of our Regional WorkFocus team by managing some of our largest customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality services and implement Service Agreements with key customers, ensuring compliance with SLA requirements.
  • Team Coaching: Coach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements, promoting quality and efficiency.
  • Critical Case Reviews: Conduct internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Representation: Represent WorkFocus at public forums and on various committees, promoting our brand and services.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Industry Experience: Possess significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience, with a strong reputation and profile within the industry.
  • Strategic Management: Demonstrate experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio.
  • Customer Service: Possess a customer service orientation, with experience managing customer service agreements.
  • Referral Generation: Demonstrate the ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience training, coaching, and developing others.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel, with a valid driver's license and car.
