About the Role
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine vocational capability and develop return-to-work plans
  • Liaise with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to ensure seamless case management
  • Make referrals to other health professionals as needed to support employee rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary
