About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Cummins Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to breakdown events and perform repairs on heavy-duty engines
  • Conduct routine maintenance on fleet vehicles
  • Capture engine data and perform diagnostics
  • Perform a diverse range of engine repairs, from minor to major
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Collaborate with other OEMs to deliver exceptional service
  • Represent Cummins at customer sites
Requirements
  • Field service experience and heavy-duty engine experience preferred
  • Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Diesel preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong engine diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely for extended periods
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
