Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Cummins Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to breakdown events and provide timely repairs to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance on heavy-duty engines and equipment
  • Capture and analyze engine data to identify potential issues
  • Diagnose and repair complex engine problems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service goals
  • Collaborate with other OEMs to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent Cummins at customer sites and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Field service experience and heavy-duty engine knowledge preferred
  • Relevant trade qualification (heavy diesel preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong engine diagnostic skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Commitment to workplace safety and valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
