Senior Mining Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mining Engineer to join our team at Stealth Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, with a strong focus on underground mining operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, scheduling, and managing daily mine production activities, as well as achieving targets and reconciling variances against designs and schedules. They will also be expected to coordinate and manage the company's and contractor's engineers, as well as oversee design approvals and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in underground mining operations
  • Experience in narrow vein gold mining
  • Strong knowledge of mine planning, scheduling, and production
  • Ability to coordinate and manage daily mine production activities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
What's On Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $200-215K plus super, as well as a share retention scheme, airport parking, health and wellbeing allowance, and an attractive bonus scheme up to 20% of salary.
