Your New Role

You'll lead our marketing strategy, overseeing outreach and refining our CRM and marketing automation platforms.

This role demands a blend of innovation and practical execution, focusing on marketing software optimization, customer experience, strategic planning, data analytics, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crm And Marketing Automation: Enhance our CRM and marketing automation systems to better serve customers' needs and streamline operations.
  • Brand And Customer Experience: Safeguard clients' brand identity, crafting customer journeys that authentically represent their values.
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Inform and develop marketing strategies using data insights and aligning with goals.
  • People Leadership: Lead our team of marketing and booking coordinators, prioritizing performance enhancement and professional development.
  • Data Analytics And Reporting: Ensure data integrity, analyze performance data, and generate insights to optimize program outcomes and efficiency.

About You

You're a seasoned marketing expert with a passion for transforming data into compelling narratives, recognizing each customer's story.

With at least five years of experience, you've honed your expertise in digital and direct marketing, with a focus on the education and non-profit sectors.

Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience in digital and direct marketing.
  • Expertise in the education and non-profit sectors.
  • Possession of leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
  • Consistent delivery on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
