Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to become a vital member of our culinary team. You will collaborate with a group of skilled chefs, crafting dishes that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary excellence. Expect to prepare exquisite offerings such as Shimeji mushroom flatbread, Wollemi roasted duck, and blue-eyed cod with pippies.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in high-end dining establishments.
- The ability to manage and take ownership of a designated section, while also being versatile across the kitchen.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and professional kitchen environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A proactive approach, with organizational skills and a passion for culinary arts.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring the execution of delightful dishes.
