About the Role

The Sporting Globe is a hospitality and sports entertainment brand that is seeking a hard-working and vibrant senior Chef to provide support to the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality food within a fast-paced restaurant and pub environment
  • Work directly under our experienced Head Chef to train, coach, and develop fellow team members
  • Perform day-to-day operations of the kitchen, adhering to best practice systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef De Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment
  • Energetic attitude, a team player approach, and strong work ethic
  • Experience and understanding of financial controls of a hospitality business
  • The ability to lead, train, and develop a team
  • Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
