About the Role:

The Production Coordinator will be responsible to assist and support the Managing Director of Prospero Arts Production Company, on an executive level, with a broad range of organisational and administrative tasks. This is a permanent part-time role, 3 days a week, 9am - 2pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing and organisation of company documents and production drop box files/folders
  • Following up of communications with prospective sponsors, touring venues, arts executives, creatives, and agents
  • Assisting with creating Canva/Powerpoint documents for presentations to the Board, sponsors, licensors, venues
  • Maintaining the Prospero Website and social media where required
  • Following up on Marketing Assets and other requests from QPAC
  • Assistance with scheduling, filing and monitoring for audition/callback submissions
  • Other Ad Hoc requests to support the Managing Director
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree (preferably in Arts or similar)
  • Experience in the Arts industry and performing a similar support role
  • Advanced writing skills (specifically with experience preparing marketing copy, audition briefs, proposals)
  • Advanced administration and organisational skills including filing, scheduling, inbox and calendar management
  • Experience managing and maintaining social media and websites
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft office products, including Powerpoint and Canva
  • High regard for confidentiality, integrity, reliability, tact, discretion and initiative
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate at an executive level both internally and with external stakeholders including arts executives, lawyers, creatives, designers and artists
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, to work autonomously and problem solve in a highly efficient manner
