Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Procure raw materials and components from suppliers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Manage purchasing parameters and specifications within inventory management systems.
    • Input purchasing comments and enable items to be purchased.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee inventory levels and ensure that they are adequate to meet customer delivery service expectations.

    • Conduct cycle counts and ensure that inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Production Planning
    • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands.

  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
    • Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions as necessary.

    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and production teams.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination, inventory management, or supply chain management.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems and production planning software.
