About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Compliance Analyst, working closely with the Manager, Product Performance. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring our products meet specified Terms and Conditions by conducting audits to validate financial calculations such as interest rates, loan repayments, and fee structures.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for project management and coordination, research, scrutinising account data, evaluating documentation discrepancies, quality assurance testing, and creating auditing processes to ensure efficient reviewing and monitoring of product performance.

You will create reports to communicate findings and subsequent actions or recommendations to stakeholders using Excel and/or Power BI for data visualisation and analysis.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • Experience in financial/product auditing.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining financial models.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted working relationships.
  • Strong listening, written, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative team environment experience.
  • Understanding of Agile concepts or experience leading/operating in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
