**Role Summary**



Adairs is looking for a Social & Influencer Specialist to support the marketing team in delivering strategic goals and the overarching content strategy.



**Key Responsibilities**




  • Lock in exciting collaborations for influencer activity, creating and monitoring paid social media ads, and reporting on performance.
  • Think of new creative to upload to our paid social media channels, supporting the Social Media Coordinator with organic social media content, and capturing in-store content.


**Requirements**




  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, digital and social marketing, and managing influencer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and experience with reporting and insights on paid ad campaigns and influencer results.
  • A creative thinker, strong communicator, and passionate about all things social.
