Global Health is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our Sales team.
Based in Sydney or Queensland, this role plays a pivotal part in driving new business opportunities while supporting our valued clients across the healthcare sector.
As theOutbound Sales and Account Management Coordinator, you will:
Generate and qualify new leads through proactive outbound sales activities.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, delivering product demonstrations and tailored proposals.
Strengthen client relationships by providing high-quality account management, retention strategies, and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management (healthcare tech or digital health preferred).
A proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills with healthcare professionals and organisational leaders.
CRM proficiency, organisational skills, and a passion for growing client relationships.
