Job Overview:

In this pivotal role, you'll execute our marketing strategy and support the Brand and CRM teams. Your primary objective is to create an exceptional online shopping experience, driving sales and fostering customer loyalty through seamless execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize our Shopify ecommerce site, focusing on product listings, landing pages, and promotions that yield high conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and on-site promotions to achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain and execute the ecommerce marketing calendar, aligning paid media, operations, customer service, and other teams for cohesive results.
  • Lead end-to-end onsite campaign execution and trade initiatives, from planning to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs (Sales, CVR, AOV), generate performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Partner with our web agency to troubleshoot and resolve site issues, guaranteeing a seamless shopping experience.
  • Support SEO content initiatives and stay updated on ecommerce trends and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough UAT testing and quality checks for website updates and new features.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of Shopify experience, backed by a deep understanding of DTC tools and ecommerce best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make informed optimizations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a hands-on attitude towards issue resolution.
  • An unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, coupled with a keen eye for user experience.
  • Attention to detail, comfort with working with data and numbers, and a passion for beauty and skincare.
