Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage customer repairs and servicing, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Evaluate faulty products, collaborate with service agents and suppliers to optimize service performance, and maintain accurate records in the service database.
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding repair status and guarantee timely completion while providing exceptional customer service.
- Support administrative duties, including processing invoices, claims, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
- Generate weekly reports on repair/service operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-centric retail environment or ability to adapt quickly.
- High-volume administration experience.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, think critically, and manage workflow efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Australian Consumer Law knowledge is beneficial.
