Clinical Educator Role

Deliver high-quality education and support to clients as a skilled Clinical Educator. You will partner with residences to meet their learning needs, collaborate with teams at each site, and develop training resources and content.

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent chance to play a key role in initiating and delivering educational activities across the workforce, supporting team members to deliver quality care and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify learning opportunities, organise learning events, and follow up on education programs using a risk-based approach
  • Develop and deliver education on a range of topics related to client care and support in accordance with learning frameworks and strategy
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement training schedules for state and residence specific training programs
  • Design and develop training resources and content as directed
  • Support the reporting of mandatory training requirements
Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who meets the following criteria:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a nurse in Aged Care
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
  • Experience as a nurse Unit Manager, Care Manager or similar
