Job Title: Medical Receptionist

This is a Casual role at our Imaging centre, providing the best service and care to patients.

We are on the lookout for a team member who will provide coverage for unplanned and holiday leave across our Reception team. This position is responsible for managing both in person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask and provide high attention to detail is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
    • Making appointments
    • General administrative duties
    • Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
    • Liaising with other receptionists, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
    • Billing and banking
