Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team in a new national role, based in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Construction Equipment Sales, this role will play a critical part in expanding our construction equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Manage the P&L within budget, achieving targets set
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies to drive long-term and short-term growth and profitability
  • Oversee inventory on a day-to-day basis, aligning with strategic plans and targets

Requirements

  • Demonstrated work experience as an Asset/Rental Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power BI and industry-related software
  • Solid commercial background with experience in financial modeling
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
