Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. This is a new national role that can be based in either Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne, reporting directly to the General Manager of Construction Equipment Sales.

The Asset/Rental Manager will be responsible for refining processes and business planning to effectively monitor and manage the overall performance of our construction equipment business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities to enhance and expand the business
  • Achieve targets while effectively managing the P&L within budget
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies to foster long-term and short-term growth and profitability
  • Oversee inventory on a day-to-day basis in alignment with strategic plans and targets

Your Qualifications

  • Demonstrated work experience as an Asset/Rental Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power BI and industry-related software
  • Solid commercial background with experience in financial modelling
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
