**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our regional risk management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safeguarding our portfolio and driving business profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide strategic guidance to countries aligned with our business strategy
  • Promote risk appetite in line with our business objectives
  • Manage relationships with DLL parties including Group Risk Management departments, internal stakeholders, and external customers/partners regarding risk management matters and representation of the organization
  • Maintain risk profile within risk appetite and underwriting criteria by executing business strategy
  • Prepare Funding Limit Applications and overviews for approval
  • Engage in complex credit and risk management activities concerning deal structures with knowledge of all business units and customer sectors
  • Propose clear substantiation for new business, restructuring, and recovery decisions and product proposals

**Requirements**

  • Appropriate academic qualifications such as Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or accounting
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in banking or finance managing financial and non-financial risks
  • Highly experienced Credit/Risk Professional with 10+ years in complex transaction structuring
  • Superior Credit Application writing skills and Loan Strategy Report (C&R workouts)
