Your Role in the Project
  • You will provide administrative support to the operations team involved in the Regional Rail Project (RR).
  • This position ensures the smooth functioning of administrative tasks related to the project.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist the operations team with tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Payroll: Process payroll for the project.
  • Purchasing: Lead raising purchase orders and administer payments and processing for the Regional Rail project.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordination: Liaise between departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and project-specific regulations.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation required by the operations team.
  • Logistics: Assist with logistics management, including coordinating meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements for the team.
Requirements
