
Senior Business Coordinator

The role of the Senior Business Coordinator is a key leadership position within our organization.
- This involves providing strategic support to senior executives, including the Director and Program Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating submissions, briefings, and responses to corporate and government requirements.
Additionally, they will manage ministerial, parliamentary, and departmental divisional executive functions and processes.
This role requires effective communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to operate in a complex environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We are seeking an individual who can provide high-level administrative support and contribute to the success of our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate corporate accountabilities, planning, and staff engagement.
- Lead a small team in a complex environment, requiring sound judgment and liaison with senior executives.
- Support the delivery of outputs for the Director, Operations, and the Housing Development Branch.
- Provide senior advisory and executive support to the Director, Operations, and Program Director on corporate responsibilities and operational issues.
