Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will deliver life-changing vascular interventions by providing expert clinical and technical support during live procedures. You will also train hospital staff, collaborate with colleagues to drive adoption, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert clinical and technical support during live procedures
  • Provide hands-on training and continuous support for hospital staff
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive adoption and support account growth
  • Foster relationships with key clinical stakeholders
  • Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours/weekend procedural support
Requirements:
  • Background in nursing, allied health, ICU, cath lab, or interventional radiology highly regarded
  • Experience in clinical support or a hospital/procedural setting; medical device or healthcare experience advantageous
  • Commercial mindset with ability to align clinical value with business goals
  • Confident communicator and educator with influence and guidance in high-stakes environments
  • Calm under pressure with solution-focused approach
  • Willingsness to travel and provide on-call support outside standard hours
