About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our team at Thiess Mount Pleasant Operation.

  • As a key member of our maintenance team, you will perform quality repairs and maintenance of diverse equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of services.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing technical information from relevant reference materials and executing maintenance tasks accordingly.
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards and advising supervisors of any defects or safety issues.
  • Carrying out pre-start checks and personal risk assessments as required by task.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A trade certificate in engineering fabrication or equivalent qualification.
  • An HR driver's license is preferable.
  • EWP, dogging, and MDG25 certifications are desirable.
  • Post-trade experience working in the mining and heavy earthmoving industry or hydraulic excavator industry is essential.
