This is a hands-on role for servicing, repairing and maintaining heavy equipment in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities- Service and repair equipment up to 10+ tonnes
- Perform planned maintenance, inspections and diagnostics
- Complete overhauls, modifications and new machine assembly
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs to industry standards
- Trade qualification in Automotive, Mobile Plant Mechanic or Heavy Diesel Mechanic
- Experience working with heavy diesel/large scale equipment
- Experience in fault-finding and repairing machinery
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships
- A team player who can also work independently
- Desirable: Electrical and hydraulic experience
