Job Overview

A dynamic opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Renal Ambulatory Care at Nepean Hospital.

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time or Part Time

Location: Nepean Hospital

Hours Per Week: Up to 38

About the Role

You will work collaboratively with the team to plan, implement, assess and evaluate patient care.

A key aspect of this role is advocating for the unique needs of all patients, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
  • Advocate for the unique needs of all patients.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement in renal ambulatory services.
Requirements
  • Current registration to practice as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Acute Care Nursing as a registered nurse.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal.
