We are looking for an experienced Landscape Management professional who is passionate about their profession and enjoys the rewards of a good challenge. At our organisation we strive to embrace change as our norm and therefore require a person who is innovative, agile, proactive and enthusiastic.
As Landscape Management Officer you will support strategic leadership and management of our landscape assets, plan capital renewal programs, ensure best practice standards for public facilities, and lead landscape planning and management projects with professional guidance and cross-departmental collaboration.
You enjoy working with people, can build strong relationships and are open to the opinions of others. You set challenging but realistic goals, reflect and learn from experiences and problem solve to get the job done. You have a welcoming and respectful customer service disposition when dealing with both internal and external customers, our community.
We are seeking someone with a Bachelor in Landscape Management, Natural Resource Management, Landscape Architecture, Design or other relevant discipline. Training in Open Space asset management and park design or construction and/or experience in a similar role is highly valued. Five+ years of experience in landscape management, with asset management, design, planning, or construction roles highly valued.
We offer a pro-rata salary range of $105,124 to $111,701 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
