If you are a Senior Physiotherapist with a passion for geriatric care and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from youWe are currently seeking applications for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care Team at the Cove on a permanent full-time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.
The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for completing initial physiotherapy assessments to understand each client's unique goals and contribute to the development of individual care plans.
The role includes developing personalized therapy programs to support clients in reaching their rehabilitation goals, supervising therapy assistants, and providing supervision to physiotherapists.
The Senior Physiotherapist will also participate actively in the weekly site MDT meetings to support safe and effective care.

The ideal candidate will: Hold current AHPRA registration.
Have a strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality care.
Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in various environments with diverse populations.
Have demonstrated experience as a Physiotherapist assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care.
Have experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team and supervising therapy assistants.
Experience in a geriatric rehabilitation setting is desirable.
Be able to organize and prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.
Possess a current satisfactory National Police Certificate (obtained within the last 12 months).
Hold a current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's License.
Provide evidence of up-to-date flu vaccination.
Have a satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check.
