About This Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Executive to spearhead our brand's presence across trade and café channels.

This is an exciting chance for a talented marketer to step into a leadership role that combines strategic planning with tactical execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns, promotions, events, and in-store activations that align with our brand and commercial objectives.

You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Creative Director but have the momentum and ownership to drive results. If you're looking for a new challenge with broader scope and impact, this could be your ideal opportunity.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Wholesale and Café marketing calendar aligned to our brand and commercial priorities.
  • Craft end-to-end campaign and promotion delivery from brief to post-campaign wrap-up.
  • Design and create POS materials, toolkits, merchandise, pitch decks, and internal communications.
  • Activate local area marketing and provide in-store support.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, and approvals.
  • Support new product launches in partnership with the Innovation and Brand teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, ops, and creative to maintain campaign cohesion.
About You
  • Hold 2-4 years of experience in trade, shopper, or channel marketing preferably within hospitality, FMCG, or QSR sectors.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with campaign rollouts, activations, and sales toolkits.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder and supplier coordination skills including managing timelines, budgets, and approvals.
  • Show proficiency in Canva/PowerPoint (Adobe a plus); possess sharp attention to detail.
  • Display high pace, high ownership, self-management skills.
  • Show comfort working across teams, presenting internally, and being proactive in execution.
