Key Responsibilities:- Lead performance marketing initiatives in Australia, collaborating with our internal agency to scale acquisition efforts on key paid channels.
- Develop and execute paid social content strategies, focusing on high-impact levers such as creative development, post-click experience optimization, and algorithmic enhancements.
- Establish a continuous testing and measurement process to optimize paid social content performance.
- Collaborate with regional content and online marketing teams to test new ad formats, messaging, and targeting approaches.
- Monitor campaign performance to derive actionable insights and maintain regular reporting cadences.
- 4+ years of experience in a high-intensity growth marketing or performance marketing role, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition across digital channels.
- A driven and self-motivated individual who can find creative ways to scale and grow.
- Highly skilled in data analysis, using insights to drive better strategies and inform key decisions.
