Marketing professionals looking to take their skills to the next level are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to support our expanding business plan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with experience working in the education sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit students directly or indirectly from targeted countries by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents or targeting onshore students
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local and international education agents
  • Act as a key contact point with agents and potential students to support school business objectives
  • Provide ongoing service, support, and training to existing agent networks
  • Assist the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, marketing events, to promote the college name

Requirements:

  • At least one-year experience in sales/marketing for education institutions providing VET courses is strongly preferred
  • Experienced in liaising with education agents
  • Familiarity with RTO and CRICOS regulatory requirements and College Management Computer System usage
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Ambitious, Passionate, Highly Committed & Self-Motivated
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites
  • Fluency in other languages applicable to our key markets (Korean, Japanese, Indonesian)
