We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain our store feedback process.
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback to ensure optimum resolution.
- Triage queries and resolve them in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Follow up on outstanding issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research on customer queries, including clarification of issues and investigative work to recommend solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Digital catalogue experience is essential for success in this role.
- A strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive part structures is an advantage.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, passionate about maintaining accurate records, and have high attention to detail.
- Analytical and organized, with the ability to analyze and interpret information, highlight nuances, and provide recommendations or solutions.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships.
