About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to property guests, contributing to a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, answering guest queries, and providing helpful local knowledge and recommendations. They will also be involved in housekeeping duties, including refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, kitchens, monitoring and replenishing stock, and ensuring our property remains sparkling clean.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk: Provide excellent customer service, answer guest queries, and provide helpful local knowledge and recommendations.
  • Housekeeping: Refresh communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, kitchens, monitor and replenish stock, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service, and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
