About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about agribusiness and has a strong desire to make a real impact in their local community. As an Agribusiness Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders alike, acting as a critical conduit between the front line and support teams.

  • You will support Agribusiness Relationship Manager team and their customer portfolio, providing exposure to our large and complex customers.
  • Deepen existing customer relationships through understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions across all Agribusiness product suites.
  • Onboard new customers, obtain necessary information and documentation, complete application forms, and maintain ongoing portfolio maintenance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers via phone and email, with opportunities to join customer visits.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Knowledge or qualifications in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Ideal experience in or solid knowledge of agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
  • Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions and agribusiness products would be beneficial.
  • The ability to proactively support your dedicated Bankers in thinking outside the square to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
