Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice on solution design for future-ready operations.
  • Assist staff through design, testing, and adoption of new processes.
  • Translate complex HR and Payroll requirements into clear system functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure understanding and acceptance of system and process changes.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Payroll, Finance, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related discipline with several years' experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end payroll operations and HR processes within complex environments (local government or public sector desirable).
