This role is responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Driving reliability programs that enhance fleet performance, minimize downtime, and lower operating costs.
  • Standardizing reliability reports and key performance indicators.
  • Conducting strategy reviews to ensure all assets are maintained to achieve operational metrics while prioritizing safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in maintenance operations with large mining equipment.
  • Expertise in scheduling and planning maintenance activities for large mining equipment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a trade or engineering degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Knowledge of contract management.
