Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Equipment Reliability Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing short-term engineering solutions to improve the life cycle and reliability of rotating and fixed equipment.

  • Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reliability Performance Indicators to measure and track equipment reliability.
  • Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and other Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) efforts to identify and mitigate potential failures.
  • Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to prioritize and schedule work related to equipment reliability.
  • Support the implementation of reliability efforts, mechanical integrity, PSM, and Safety Audit Action Items to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Champion the Preventive and Predictive (PM/PdM) Maintenance of plant equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the chemical industry.
  • Working knowledge of equipment design, function, regulatory requirements, and PSM - Mechanical Integrity.
  • Understanding of welding principles and failure analysis training (FMEA or RCFA).
  • Skilled in handling fixed equipment (piping, pressure vessels, storage tanks, etc.) or rotating equipment (centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, vacuum pumps, gearboxes, seals, fans, blowers, vibration analysis).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • TN1 visa candidates will be considered.
