Key to our operations is the Maintenance Technician role, which plays a vital part in ensuring equipment reliability and continuous improvements through plant maintenance.

About the Position
  • We are seeking someone with experience focusing on equipment maintenance, particularly with conveyors.
  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out daily tasks including machine repair, fault finding, and implementing machine improvements.
About You
  • Fitter & Turning or Full Electrical Trade Qualification is essential.
  • You should have good Communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • EWP and Confined Space tickets (Forklift ticket preferred) are necessary.
  • Pneumatic and Hydraulics experience is desirable.
  • Computerised Maintenance System experience is also desirable.
  • Experience in Tool / Die making would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out equipment installs, overhauls, and inspections.
  • Perform corrective/preventative/predictive maintenance tasks.
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting activities.
  • Provide technical support to operations and engineering teams.
  • Carry out hands-on assistance to operational teams as needed.
  • Perform RCA on equipment.
  • Create daily maintenance checklists and update work procedures and part lists.
