About the Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to join C&I at a critical stage of growth with national support. After 12 months, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to secure an equity stake in the company, offering direct ownership and alignment with the long-term vision of C&I.

About the Role
  • The Senior Infrastructure Strategist will collaborate with the CEO to implement C&I's vision, mission, and values within the state.
  • They will lead the strategic growth of the business by identifying new market opportunities and fostering partnerships with local businesses and government agencies.
  • They will strengthen existing client relationships through regular engagement and feedback.
  • They will provide leadership in project delivery, staff development, and overall business management in South Australia.
  • They will cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that prioritises professional development and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of C&I's strategy in South Australia, working closely with the CEO and other senior leaders.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the expertise and reputation of C&I.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting their development and career growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for C&I in South Australia.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
