Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to Operation Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Register RFQs and RFTs for tracking purposes
  • Manage the Sales outlook inbox and allocate opportunities to appropriate managers for review and pricing
  • Collate contract specific requirements and other information as required
  • Lodge or submit prices or tenders with relevant Terms and Conditions in consultation with the Contracts Administration Manager
  • Update the Tender/Quote database for changes in status
  • Set up project and job files in accordance with documented procedures
  • Coding of job cost items to correct project/job as applicable
  • Collate data for any weekly/monthly reporting as required
  • Attend meetings and create minutes as required

Requirements:

  • Good administration skills
  • A willingness to learn
  • An exceptional attention to detail
  • High level computer skills, including Microsoft suite and internal databases
  • Experience in providing operational support in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and negotiate with others to meet deadlines
  • Contract administration experience desirable but not essential
