We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Perth team on a permanent basis. The role will support and lead the delivery from design through to construction with an emphasis on commercial and client management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to deliver high-quality services and achieve business goals;
  • Lead project teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects within time, cost, and quality parameters;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Manage financial and project controls to enable performance monitoring, management, and forecasting;
  • Implement and manage effective risk and sustainability practices to minimize environmental impacts;
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in senior project management roles within major infrastructure projects;
  • Degree in Engineering or related field;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at senior levels;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate and communicate effectively;

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic working environment.
