Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of apartment and multi-residential projects in metro Adelaide.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing on-site activity, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and ensuring compliance with OH&S systems and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site activity from basement through to completion
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S systems and relevant legislation
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones
  • Maintain daily site records, reporting, and documentation
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and consultants
  • Lead site meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment or multi-residential builds
  • Strong structural understanding - concrete, steel, and framing systems
  • Certificate or Diploma in Building & Construction
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects in the $10M-$40M range
  • Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, safety, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
  • Carpentry or trade background highly regarded
