Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of project plans and contributing to project delivery under guidance.

You will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to analyse data from project records, develop client reports, and prepare high-quality documentation for client submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist in the implementation of project plans and contribute to project delivery under guidance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data from project records to develop client reports and deliverables.
  • Documentation: Prepare high-quality documentation, including reports, schedules, and presentations for client submissions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Project Management Software: Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, written and verbal communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team.
